5. Payment (Interac e-Transfer Only)

We only accept payment via Interac e-Transfer.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Payment must be sent in full before your order is processed or shipped

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

  • Failure to send payment within a reasonable time may result in order cancellation

Important:Interac e-Transfer payments are non-reversible once accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before sending payment.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

If an order is cancelled after payment is received, a refund will be issued via e-Transfer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within a reasonable processing timeframe after payment is received

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect details.

8. Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)

Due to the nature of handmade fishing lures:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Minor variations in appearance

    • Normal wear or use

Exceptions (only if applicable):If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a refund via e-Transfer

We reserve full discretion in determining what qualifies as defective.

Fishing lures contain sharp hooks and components. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Products must be used responsibly

  • We are not liable for injury, damage, or misuse
